If you are interested in receiving priority notification of homes for sale or to be eligible to participate in our priority lists for new homeownership projects, you need to be on ARCH’s priority mailing list of homes for sale.  An on-line application for this list is available in this section.  NOTE: To get on this list you must first attend a homebuyer education class endorsed by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.  This section has a link to their website and listing of available classes.

REQUIREMENT FOR HOMEOWNERSHIP: 
You must complete a homebuyer education class that is endorsed by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Upon class completion, please mail/fax/email the class certificate to ARCH to be placed on the ARCH mailing list. You can get a complete schedule of home buying classes here:  http://www.wshfc.org/buyers/schedule.asp or by calling (800) 767-4663.
